Cooking Directions:
Start heating your extra virgin olive oil over medium high heat. Saute the chili peppers along with the minced garlic chopped onions and chopped bell peppers. Saute for 2 minutes and add chicken. Saute an additional 4 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. Add canned tomatoes along with its liquid, simmer over medium heat for 12 minutes. Serve the chicken over a bed of angel hair pasta, top with fresh shredded parmesan cheese and cherry tomatoes wedges.
